Paul's interest is product development grown from his engineering drafting background and 10 years of sales across New Zealand. Identifying the customer's real need and then providing the best solution development of patented technology and the formation of several new companies. Paul has sat on several Australian and New Zealand Standards Committees and has many contributions included in current published standards. Excited about energy efficiency and the introduction of the government administered schemes across Australia, Paul founded E3 Tech in Australia in 2016.
